- Avoid Caffeine: Although tempting on an early morning flight, it’s important to avoid caffeinated beverages like coffee and tea because they can cause you to lose even more fluids during your trip.
- Moisturize: To combat skin dryness, use a rich moisturizer and a hydrating mist throughout your flight.
- Glasses: To prevent itchy, irritated eyes, reach for your glasses instead of your contacts. Hydrating eye drops can also help to soothe dry eyes.
